How points work
- Top up and receive points at ฿1 = 1 points. Larger top-ups carry a bonus.
- Points buy anything in the shop and never expire.
- Points are tied to your Steam account and cannot be transferred.
- They cannot be exchanged back for cash — see the notice in the site footer.

You are always charged in Thai baht. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate.
How delivery works
- Delivery starts the moment payment clears. No admin involved.
- Items are pushed onto your character over RCON — you must be in-game for anything tagged "must be in-game".
- If you are offline we hold the order and retry every minute until you log in. Nothing is lost.
- Each command takes about 3 seconds, so a large bundle can take half a minute.
- Retries skip steps that already succeeded, so you can never receive duplicates.
- Track any order on your account page.
