Privacy Policy
We only keep the data we need to run the service, and we handle it under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

1. What we collect
- Your Steam ID and Steam profile name (when you sign in)
- Your email address (verification, receipts and membership expiry notices)
- Your Discord ID, if you choose to link Discord
- Your order history, points and deliveries
- Your IP address and approximate country (security, and to pick your language and currency)
- In-game data such as character name, join and leave times, and chat (game server logs)
2. What we do not collect
- Your card or bank details — payments go through a PCI DSS compliant payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
- Your Steam password — you sign in on Steam's own page.
3. How we use it
- To deliver points, items and memberships to the right account, send receipts, manage the whitelist, prevent cheating and fraud, and contact you about orders.
- We never sell your data, never share it for marketing, and never send promotional email.
4. Who else handles it
- Our payment provider, our email delivery provider, Steam, Discord (only if you link it) and Cloudflare (our website network) each receive only what they need for their part of the service.
5. Cookies
- Only essential cookies: keeping you signed in and remembering your language. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Retention and your rights
- Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires; other data can be deleted on request.
